Bev Schumacher is an Early Childhood Consultant for the Source for Learning. Bev earned a BS in Home Economics Education at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and has completed 9 Graduate level classes in Family Engagement and 12 Graduate Credits from varied universities in the United States. She brings practical knowledge to her training from over 35 years in the education field. Her passions are early learning and parent engagement. As President of Learning Props L.L.C she created educational games and books focused on school-readiness and family engagement. She published Menu for Building Family Partnerships in 2020, has worked as a parent involvement coordinator and researched best practices to involve families. Currently, she also presents at conferences and offers consulting services.
